About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll provide direct clinical services in Sweet Home, Linn County, working with diverse populations seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and other behavioral health needs. You'll be part of a collaborative care team that values clinical excellence and person-centered treatment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically indicated
• Provide crisis support and safety planning when needed

What We're Looking For

• Current, active state licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent mental health credential in Oregon
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field
• Clinical experience providing individual and group therapy
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care
• Reliable transportation to the Sweet Home location
