About the Role

As a psychologist with LifeStance Health, you'll be a core clinician in our Scottsdale behavioral health practice, providing direct patient care in our office-based setting. This part-time position enables you to maintain a balanced practice while serving patients who need skilled psychological support and treatment.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychometric testing
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based clinical practice
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling to patients of varying ages and presentations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and integrated care teams to coordinate whole-person treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and patient records
• Monitor therapeutic progress, assess treatment efficacy, and refine interventions
• Participate in clinical case consultation and peer collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist with doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology
• Current, active Arizona psychology license in good standing
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and individual psychotherapy
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues

• Dedication to collaborative, patient-centered behavioral health care
