EY is hiring a Studio Marketing Manager to lead customer-focused transformation initiatives across our New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles offices. Based in Pico Heights, Los Angeles County, this full-time role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—bringing marketing vision to life for enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Studio Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing strategy and execution for customer transformation programs. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll translate business objectives into compelling, measurable marketing initiatives that drive client engagement and program outcomes. You'll work across geographies, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage projects from conception through delivery.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support customer transformation programs and business priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, content, and communications on schedule and on budget
• Manage customer engagement programs, stakeholder communication, and thought leadership initiatives
• Measure and optimize program performance through analytics, insights, and continuous improvement
• Oversee brand alignment, messaging consistency, and market positioning across multiple channels and geographies
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and solve complex marketing challenges

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing management experience, ideally in transformation, consulting, or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, manage programs, and lead teams to successful execution
• Strong project management skills with experience working across multiple locations or time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
