This position follows a consistent schedule of 28 hours per week, responding to day-to-day service needs and turning vacated units into welcoming, ready-to-occupy apartments for incoming residents. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, clogs, and faucet or fixture issues.
• Perform routine electrical tasks and troubleshoot common in-unit problems.
• Diagnose and repair household appliances to keep units fully operational.
• Prepare and refresh apartments for new resident move-ins, ensuring each home meets quality and safety standards.
