About the Role

As a Bistro Cook III, you'll bring advanced culinary skills to a dynamic kitchen environment. You'll prepare signature soups, sauces, and premium food items daily, working closely with our Sous Chef to maintain consistency and quality. This role demands both technical precision and the ability to work independently when needed.

What You'll Do

• Prepare daily soups, sauces, and high-value culinary items to specification
• Maintain an immaculate and sanitary work station throughout every service
• Oversee food outlet operations in the Sous Chef's absence, ensuring smooth workflow
• Monitor and rotate all foodstuffs efficiently, minimizing waste while maximizing quality
• Ensure adequate prepared food availability during all service periods
• Demonstrate advanced knife skills and proper food handling techniques
• Support other kitchen staff in maintaining professional standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership and team members
