About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing client seeking a YouTube Strategist / Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role combines strategic consulting, client relationship management, and hands-on YouTube optimization work. You'll guide clients toward channel growth while collaborating across sales and product functions.

Location: Poland (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead client workshops focused on YouTube strategy and growth
• Create performance reports and analytics summaries for assigned accounts
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure client success
• Manage your own portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic guidance on YouTube optimization
• Develop video SEO strategies and content recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Provide hands-on support for video marketing and channel development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Passion for YouTube and video content (personal channel experience is a significant plus)
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-focused mindset with confident presentation abilities
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid content writing abilities
• Agile, adaptable approach to work

Preferred Experience:

• SEO, online marketing, video production, or consulting background
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or Search Console
• Video production knowledge
• Agency or SaaS startup experience
• Additional languages beyond English
