Working Student Data Analytics/Engineering eMobility (f/m/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential eMobility technology organization in their search for a Working Student in Data Analytics and Engineering. This role is based in Essen and offers hands-on experience building data pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions in a fast-growing sector.

You'll work alongside an experienced data team to implement business-critical use cases on a modern cloud data platform, gaining exposure to real-world data engineering, API integrations, and AI-driven dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and code data transformations, pipelines, and dashboards using cloud data platforms, Python, SQL, and business intelligence tools
• Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services into existing systems, with debugging and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow
• Utilize version control and DevOps platforms for collaborative programming, including code repository management, branching, merging, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows
• Support the operation and maintenance of billing engine workflows used for B2B customer invoicing using Python libraries and cloud functions
• Help create and maintain AI-driven analytics dashboards

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student, preferably in a technical degree program, with 1–2 years of study remaining
• Previous coding experience, ideally with Python (pandas, numpy, spark), SQL, or business intelligence platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, complete work end-to-end
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to identify what needs to be done and take initiative
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
• Optional: experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
