Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization with operations across multiple European markets. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Manager to lead recruiting strategy and employer branding initiatives across a pan-European footprint covering six countries (DACH region, Spain, Italy, and Greece).

This is an 18-month parental leave cover position based in Berlin. You'll work directly with the Head of People and collaborate with C-level executives, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the organization to build talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate screening, and initial interviews
• Maintain and analyze KPI dashboards to monitor recruitment performance and derive data-driven action plans
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners including job boards, headhunters, and staffing agencies; negotiate contracts and pricing
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team
• Train hiring managers at clinic locations to improve their recruiting capabilities
• Monitor AI trends in recruitment and leverage AI tools to automate and optimize recruiting processes
• Implement employer brand strategy and develop the organization's presence on LinkedIn, Kununu, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with global People team functions including Learning & Development and People Business Partnering

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience managing international stakeholders; prior work in a private equity environment is ideal
• Strong affinity for AI applications, particularly Claude; practical experience with AI-supported recruiting processes is a plus
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Personio
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic capabilities; project management experience preferred
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• German language skills at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level
