Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential aerospace technology organization based in Brunswick, Germany. We are searching for a Working Student in Recruiting to support day-to-day talent acquisition operations and help build a high-performing technical team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers alike. You'll work closely with operations and department leads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of first-round interviews to assess cultural fit
• Monitor and coordinate the interview process, keeping all stakeholders informed and on schedule
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Process and evaluate application questionnaires, including use of AI tools to support efficiency
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial challenges for second-round interviews
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings
• Ensure timely candidate processing in Personio (HR software)
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Business, or related field—or at least 2 years of experience as a working student
• Available onsite in Brunswick, ideally 20 hours per week, with immediate start
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Confident use of MS Office tools, especially SharePoint and Bookings

Nice-to-haves:

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Recruiting experience in high-pace, deep-tech companies
• Experience with German labor law (Spanish is a plus)
