Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join one of their cross-functional product teams. In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, delivering trusted, high-quality analytics across your product domain
- Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and deliver measurable business value
- Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models, enabling intuitive self-service reporting and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Contribute to the evolution of the cloud analytics platform, helping modernize existing data products, improve scalability and performance, and support ongoing Microsoft Fabric initiatives
- Champion analytics best practices, mentor fellow analysts, share technical knowledge, and contribute to innovative initiatives including AI-assisted analytics and self-service capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role within modern enterprise data environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, with experience building scalable analytical solutions and semantic models
- Ability to confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into scalable data solutions
- Experience mentoring colleagues, driving technical excellence within teams, and continuously improving analytics practices
- Experience with Azure, Unity Catalog, Python, AI-assisted development, or cloud migration projects is considered a strong advantage
- Based in or willing to relocate to Germany
