Property & Casualty Insurance Assistant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance organization based in the United States. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Assistant to join their growing operations team remotely from El Salvador.

This is a full-time remote position supporting day-to-day insurance administration and documentation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on P&C insurance experience, particularly with ACORD forms and quoting processes, and is comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks supporting insurance operations
• Prepare and complete ACORD forms with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with Property & Casualty insurance quoting processes
• Gather, organize, and verify client and policy information for quotes and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records, policy files, and insurance documentation
• Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative workflows
• Follow up on missing information or documentation as needed
• Handle client and insurance information with strict confidentiality
• Provide additional administrative support as the organization scales

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Hands-on experience completing ACORD forms (must-have)
• Experience assisting with or preparing P&C insurance quotes (must-have)
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance terminology, documentation, and standard workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Comfortable learning new insurance platforms and digital tools

Preferred:

• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage
