About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a Sr. Genesys CX Implementation Engineer to join their Customer Care Professional Services team. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise-level contact center implementations and work with cutting-edge cloud communication platforms.
Our client provides infrastructure and contact center solutions to organizations throughout the Midwest, maintaining strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. Responsibilities
- Serve as Lead Engineer for Genesys Cloud CX implementation and upgrade projects
- Design, configure, implement, and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud Solutions
- Contribute to solution architectural design for contact center deployments
- Perform in-depth analysis combining complex technical and business issues in fast-paced, business-critical environments
- Coordinate and author technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Balance support and project work to meet critical milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, and Sales teams to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization for deployed solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IP Telephony/VoIP experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) technology
- Associate's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of VoIP equipment implementations and support
- Excellent client service attitude and team collaboration skills
- Understanding of best practices for service organizations
Preferred Skills:
- Genesys Cloud CX certification
- Media/Voice gateway knowledge
- SIP Protocol implementation and support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Development skills: Java/JavaScript, HTML, REST Web Services, Genesys Cloud CX APIs, Microsoft SQL Server, 3rd party API integration
- Network administration and support experience (1+ years)
- .NET development or C# experience
- Microsoft SQL Stored Procedures experience
