Senior/ Payroll Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global professional services organization with operations spanning 100+ countries. Our talent team is currently seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to support their payroll outsourcing division, which handles compensation administration for local and international clients.

This role offers exposure to complex payroll operations, statutory compliance, and client advisory work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be joining a team that coordinates large-scale assignments at regional and global levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing from account setup through data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting
• Lead statutory year-end tax filings and oversee pension fund administration including enrolment, contributions, and terminations
• Leverage payroll data to support clients with statutory obligations for year-end tax filing and reporting
• Serve as a resource for clients on labor law compliance, tax regulations, and pension scheme requirements
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and understanding of their industry context
• Support managers with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related discipline with professional qualifications (candidates from other backgrounds are welcome)
• Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
