Working Student AI Support & Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI consulting organization in the DACH region for a Working Student position in AI Support & Operations. This role offers hands-on experience supporting LLM and AI applications in real client environments while building technical expertise in modern AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LLM and AI applications deployed in client projects
• Handle user support requests at L1 and L2 levels, addressing technical questions in both German and English
• Analyze technical issues systematically, identify root causes, resolve independently where possible, and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Work primarily with enterprise AI platforms, developing solid understanding of LLM functionalities and underlying architecture
• Document recurring questions and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base
• Contribute insights from daily support activities to improve processes, documentation, and automated support tools
• Collaborate with technical teams to gain practical exposure to production AI solutions
• Initially support a specific client project with opportunities to expand to additional AI support engagements

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable degree program
• Solid technical understanding with hands-on experience using digital applications, technical tools, or support processes
• Strong interest in LLMs and modern AI applications with practical experience using relevant tools
• Systematic approach to technical problem-solving with ability to narrow down potential causes independently
• Strong hands-on mentality with pragmatic approach to resolving issues rather than simply escalating them
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate professionally with diverse user types
• Reliable, thorough, and structured work style with ability to manage multiple support requests in parallel
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms is a plus but not required
