Werkstudent Strategie & Business Development (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a working student to support strategic development initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Conduct market, competitive, and potential analyses as well as desk research to identify new growth opportunities and derive strategic recommendations
• Support the development and validation of new business models and accompany their evolution through to implementation
• Help build strategic partnerships and develop structured collaborations with external stakeholders
• Prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents for internal and external audiences
• Analyze processes, structure requirements, and independently manage projects to continuously develop digital healthcare offerings

• Communication strength: Quick information processing, critical thinking, audience-appropriate presentation skills, clear communication, team collaboration, and constructive feedback engagement
• Technical proficiency: Confident use of PowerPoint and foundational Excel skills for data analysis and presentation
• Healthcare interest: Enthusiasm for the healthcare market, digital innovation, and shaping tomorrow's healthcare delivery
• Relevant experience: Ideally some practical experience in business development, venture development, healthtech, or comparable dynamic environments
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English
