Working Student – Impact & Startup Accelerator Program Support

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital consulting organization in their search for a Working Student to support a unique program that connects consultants with pro-bono impact projects and early-stage startup engagements.

In this role, you will own the operational engine of the program:

• Build and maintain a structured overview of incoming requests and available talent, orchestrating an initial matching process between projects and consultants
• Track key program data including capacity status, commitments, and deadlines, flagging items that require action or attention
• Support stakeholder communication by preparing briefing materials, status updates, and notetaking during meetings
• Maintain dashboards of program metrics and compile regular reporting
• Document and continuously improve program processes as they evolve—interest in AI-driven automation is a plus

What We're Looking For

• Current student available for at least 6 months
• Ability to commit up to 20 hours per week
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with data tracking, documentation, and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Interest in social impact, startups, and operational excellence
• Bonus: familiarity with automation tools or AI applications
