Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to produce high-quality harnesses that meet exact specifications. In this full-time role based in Paeonian Springs, VA, you'll assemble, test, and prepare wire harnesses for delivery, working with precision tools and following established assembly procedures to ensure every component meets our rigorous standards.

What You'll Do

• Assemble wire harnesses by reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and assembly instructions
• Crimp connectors, solder components, and attach hardware according to technical specifications
• Perform quality inspections on completed harnesses to verify functionality and appearance
• Operate hand tools and precision equipment safely and efficiently
• Organize and label completed assemblies for packaging and shipment
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment (or willingness to learn)
