Magna International, a leading global mobility technology company, is hiring a customer service representative to deliver outstanding support to our clients across multiple channels. This full-time position is based in Toronto, Ontario, where you'll become a key part of our customer success team.

About the Role

As a customer service representative at Magna International, you'll manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms. This is an on-site position in our Toronto office, where you'll work collaboratively with a professional team committed to resolving customer challenges and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems

• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately when necessary
