What You'll Do

• Respond to and resolve user support requests across hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems on workstations, servers, and connected devices
• Install, configure, and maintain company systems, applications, and IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security protocols
• Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations for team reference
• Monitor system health and performance to identify and prevent problems proactively
• Support Office Management initiatives through reliable IT infrastructure and user support

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in IT support, technical support, or help desk environments
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows and macOS
• Familiarity with networking concepts and standard IT support tools
• Clear communication ability to guide users through technical issues and explanations
• Reliable, self-directed approach to support delivery and issue tracking
• Ability to work on-site at our Moreno, Buenos Aires Province, AR location
