Werkstudent:in Operations (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based agency that is building out a standalone software unit focused on LinkedIn analytics for executives and senior leaders. This SaaS product is already live with paying customers and on track for spin-out as an independent company.

We're looking for a working student (Werkstudent:in) to support operations and work directly with the Entrepreneur in Residence. You'll take on real responsibilities and gain firsthand insight into how a software unit is built from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations including customer onboarding, communication, documentation, and coordination with the external development team
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and help ensure a smooth user experience
• Monitor competitors, research potential customers and partnerships, and prepare decision-making materials
• Maintain organized records and keep multiple workstreams moving forward in parallel

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Humanities, Psychology, or a related field—ideally from the 3rd semester onward
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks without losing focus
• Self-starter mentality: you ask questions, think ahead, and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• Fluent in both German and English
