Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Graphic & Social Media Design

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Berlin seeking a working student for graphic and social media design. In this role, you will become an integral part of our client's social media team and contribute to visual content creation across multiple channels.

• Design visually compelling static and carousel posts for diverse clients across various industries
• Perform basic video editing and content preparation for social media platforms including TikTok and Reels
• Create and optimize structured, visually persuasive presentations using Google Slides for internal and external decks
• Handle regular design requests from various teams (creator team, strategy, HR) and serve as a visual interface
• Manage multiple parallel projects and short-notice ad-hoc tasks while supporting the existing design team in day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college in communication design, graphic design, media design, visual communication, or a comparable program
• Solid foundation in digital design with strong aesthetic sense, layout skills, and awareness of social media trends
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Comfortable working with Google Slides and able to present complex content in visually clean formats
• Team player with enthusiasm for close collaboration, daily stand-ups, and working in a creative environment
• Very good German and English language skills
• Bonus: Initial experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion design
