Senior Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to lead brand and campaign strategy development. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of brand and campaign strategies that align creative output with client objectives
• Manage consulting projects and develop client relationships based on their specific needs and goals
• Coordinate project timelines and workload across multiple strategists and analysts
• Review and provide guidance on team deliverables, coordinating closely with analysts
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on assigned accounts
• Ensure strategic alignment across all client touchpoints and creative work

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a strategic leader with:

• Proven ability to own strategic direction for key client accounts
• Strong skills in insights development, framework creation, and creative concept development
• Cross-channel expertise spanning social media, brand strategy, digital, performance marketing, and business strategy
• Structured, clear, and confident communication style
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates or junior strategists on project work
• Knowledge of pop culture trends and experience in pitch environments
• Proactive communication abilities and strong initiative
• High degree of resilience, team spirit, and prioritization skills
• Fluent German and English language proficiency
