About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization in Köln that is seeking a working student to join their Quality Assurance team. This role offers hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality management and regulatory compliance within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation, including standard operating procedures
• Assist with processing deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and quality complaints
• Support the preparation of reports, evaluations, and overviews
• Conduct research on quality-related and regulatory topics
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and projects within the Quality Assurance department

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a natural science or technical degree program such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
• Interest in quality assurance topics and pharmaceutical processes with desire to expand practical knowledge
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong initiative, motivation, and structured working approach
• Team-oriented with ability to take responsibility and handle tasks reliably
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
