Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in the energy efficiency and building renovation sector, seeking a trainee to develop into a full project manager. Through our client's comprehensive 12-month program, you will:

• Learn all aspects of professional renovation project delivery, from initial consultation through completion
• Consult with property owners on renovation projects and present service offerings
• Coordinate information flow between energy consulting colleagues and implementation teams
• Plan project execution alongside trade and contractor partners
• Ensure smooth project delivery and successful completion
• Work exclusively with qualified, inbound leads—no cold calling required

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and energy-efficient building improvements
• Completed vocational training or university degree in any field
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or skilled trades is a strong advantage
• Comfortable engaging with clients and speaking the language of contractors and tradespeople
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team player mentality who contributes to location success
• Valid driver's license with solid driving experience; willingness to travel locally
• Fluent written and spoken German to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong interest in project management, commercial thinking, client interaction, and varied daily work
