About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in their search for a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer to join their global technology team in Munich. This is a permanent position where you'll take full ownership of core development initiatives, optimize complex system architectures, and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer innovative, scalable solutions that drive operational excellence across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL and related technologies to support multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations
• Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performing technical solutions
• Optimize and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across the system landscape
• Develop and maintain integrations leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and modern integration tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee high performance, minimal downtime, and maximum operational efficiency
• Continuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and modern development tools to drive automation and technical innovation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or enterprise environment
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business processes
• Strong knowledge of modern integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services to enhance ERP functionality
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing Business Central performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Fluency in English is required
