SDR Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential HR technology organization in their search for an SDR Manager to own and scale their outbound sales development function. This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal growth stage, where you'll build a high-performing team and refine the outbound engine that fuels their sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of SDRs and BDRs through daily accountability, one-on-ones, call reviews, and pipeline performance tracking
• Own CRM hygiene, sequence management, and activity tracking across the team using modern sales engagement tools
• Build and continuously refine outbound playbooks, messaging frameworks, and processes as the team scales
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and Account Executives on sales enablement assets, ICP refinement, and campaign strategy
• Report on team performance and pipeline health to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience
• At least 1 to 2 years managing or leading an SDR or BDR team with documented performance metrics
• Proven ability to build or scale an outbound function at an early-stage or resource-constrained startup environment
• Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Amplemarket, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Track record of building and optimizing outbound sales cadences and processes from the ground up
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where you shape the function rather than inherit a finished one
• Experience selling to HR buyers or working in the HR technology space is a strong plus
• Familiarity with sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, or revenue operations is a bonus
