Working Student (f/m/d) Business Development & Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential deep-tech incubator network based in the Munich area. This organization supports early-stage ventures in science and technology domains, connecting founders with strategic advisors, infrastructure, and industry experts. We are seeking a Working Student to join their business development and operations function—a hands-on role ideal for students eager to learn about stakeholder management, sponsorship processes, and operations in the startup ecosystem.

This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) located in Garching and München, with hybrid flexibility. You will support the business development team in streamlining processes, managing partner relationships, and improving cross-functional information flow across multiple incubator programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in refining and managing the contact management system for partner and sponsor relations, tracking active sponsors and prospects
• Support coordination across different program areas and cross-program activities
• Develop and implement strategies tailored to different domains to strengthen sponsorship engagement and attract new partners through targeted initiatives
• Analyze communications and stakeholder experiences to derive best practices in sponsorship management
• Support fundraising and sponsorship processes, including research, data tracking, and outreach
• Help establish structured workflows for sponsor management, leveraging advanced AI tools where applicable
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and funding applications
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and business development activities alongside the core team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in deep-tech innovation and relevant industries
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information and derive strategies and best practices
• Experience or aptitude in stakeholder management
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling around your studies
