Werkstudent Online Marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a working student to support their marketing operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide diverse support across marketing activities and learn multiple disciplines within digital marketing
• Contribute actively to social media channels from concept through execution of posts and video content
• Appear on camera to conduct interviews and capture content at industry events
• Gain hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and search engine optimization (SEO/GEO)
• Take ownership of organizational tasks and operational marketing projects
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders depending on project requirements
• Apply learning directly in practical scenarios within a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) who brings enthusiasm and willingness to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment at a German university
• Some initial marketing experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong passion for content creation with excellent German writing skills
• Genuine interest in current social media trends and platforms
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and data
• Very strong German communication skills and good English proficiency
• Confidence in professional interactions with colleagues and external contacts
• Technical aptitude with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Initial experience with AI tools and applications
• Structured working style with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Outstanding learning orientation and team player mentality
