Werkstudent (m/w/d) Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in enterprise software solutions. As a working student in Sales & Marketing, you will actively support business development activities and work closely with the sales leadership team. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting preparation and structuring of sales activities and campaigns
• Creating and optimizing sales materials, presentations, and proposal documents
• Assisting with tender responses (RFPs) and proposal processes
• Conducting market and competitive research to identify opportunities
• Identifying potential target clients in the B2B enterprise software space
• Supporting maintenance and structuring of the sales pipeline
• Contributing to positioning strategies for enterprise procurement solutions
• Preparing for client meetings at management level

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a master's student (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Entrepreneurship, or similar) with approximately 20 hours per week availability. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and strategic growth
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Confident, professional presence and communication skills
• Fluency in both German and English
• Affinity for IT and digital transformation topics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to take ownership
• Ability to understand both quantitative data and qualitative content
• Eagerness to contribute actively to a specialized consulting organization's growth
