Creator Coach (m/w/d) – Social Media

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the creative products industry who is building a robust creator development program. In this role, you will:

• Coach content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms to grow their reach and engagement
• Analyze social media accounts and content performance to identify growth opportunities
• Provide actionable feedback on Reels, videos, hooks, storytelling techniques, and content concepts
• Develop personalized strategies with creators to increase followers, reach, and community engagement
• Explain how social media algorithms work and what makes content perform well
• Identify emerging trends and guide creators on how to leverage them authentically
• Support creators in developing their unique voice and building active communities
• Track account progress over time and recommend concrete optimizations based on data

What We're Looking For

Our client values hands-on experience over formal credentials. The essential requirement is that you have actively built and managed your own social media presence in creative, DIY, crafting, or similar niches—demonstrating real-world understanding of community building and content growth.

You should be someone who doesn't just consume social media but understands why certain content resonates while other posts fall flat. You recognize patterns in what drives reach and engagement, and you genuinely enjoy teaching others to improve their craft.

Language requirement: German fluency is essential for this role, as you will be coaching creators primarily in German-speaking markets.

How We Work With You

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the program grows. The role is 100% remote, giving you flexibility in how and where you work.
