Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential HR technology client seeking a working student to support project delivery. In this role, you will work 15 to 20 hours per week helping our client's team implement customized survey solutions for their customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing employee data for surveys and ensuring data structures and analyses are accurate
- Organizing and supporting projects from inception through completion
- Implementing tailored survey solutions through online platforms
- Supporting client communication efforts
- Contributing to daily operations with a hands-on approach

Our ideal candidate will be enrolled as a student throughout the entire duration of this working student position, starting October 2026. We need someone who:
- Is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their workplace culture and employee engagement
- Enjoys working with data and can maintain oversight of large datasets
- Has strong Excel skills and ensures accurate data mapping and analysis
- Completes tasks reliably and in a structured manner
- Demonstrates high accuracy and attention to detail in their work
- Possesses solid proficiency in MS Office applications
