About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recruiting firm seeking a working student to support talent acquisition and candidate screening operations. Our client works with remote-first organizations across Europe and is building out their recruitment processes with a focus on values-based hiring and modern sourcing techniques.

This is a flexible, fully remote role ideal for a student enrolled at a German university with at least one year remaining in their program. You'll gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle while working approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft job postings in both English and German
• Serve as first point of contact for candidate and client inquiries via Slack and email
• Conduct video screening calls with applicants
• Perform initial interviews focused on cultural fit and interpersonal skills
• Source candidates actively through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Contribute to improving and building recruitment processes
• Implement AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university or Hochschule with at least one year remaining in your program
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Previous work experience in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, etc.)
• Strong interest in working with people and personal development
• Hands-on mentality with ability to learn independently
• Efficient work style with clear communication skills and comfort working toward KPIs
• Experience with Notion, including workflows, templates, and process documentation
• Interest in and experience with AI tools for process optimization
