Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital commerce agency based in Stuttgart that is expanding into social commerce. This is not a traditional marketing role—you will architect and build their TikTok Shop operation from the ground up, transforming social content into a direct sales channel for their client portfolio.

This is a greenfield opportunity where you'll own the entire TikTok commerce strategy, from technical shop setup through creator partnerships to performance optimization. You'll establish social commerce as a core service offering and define the KPIs that matter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies for multiple client accounts, building the practice from zero
• Handle both strategic planning and hands-on implementation during the initial build phase, including technical shop configuration
• Monitor platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes to create high-converting sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a permanent agency service line with clear performance metrics
• Bridge performance marketing, creator ecosystems, and e-commerce infrastructure into a unified sales engine

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven TikTok marketing experience with demonstrated success building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise with TikTok Ads Manager, platform algorithms, and the technical workflows of TikTok Shop
• Strong execution skills—you plan strategically but also roll up your sleeves for technical and operational implementation
• Data-driven decision maker who can interpret analytics, maintain oversight, and present results clearly to leadership
• Highly self-directed with the ability to drive complex initiatives independently and communicate them simply
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based role
