Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Graphic & Social Media Design

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a talented graphic and social media design student to join their creative team in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Design visually compelling static and carousel posts for clients across multiple industries and social platforms
• Handle basic video editing and content preparation for social media channels including TikTok, Reels, and similar formats
• Create and optimize structured, visually persuasive presentations using Google Slides for internal and external stakeholders
• Process regular design requests from various teams (creator, strategy, HR) and serve as a visual interface across departments
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and short-turnaround ad-hoc tasks while supporting the existing design team with daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college in communication design, graphic design, media design, visual communication, or a comparable program
• Solid foundational skills in digital design with a strong sense of aesthetics, layouts, and social media trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Comfortable working with Google Slides and ability to present complex content in visually clean formats
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for close collaboration, daily stand-ups, and working within a creative environment
• Fluent in both German and English
• Bonus: Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion design
