Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital services organization seeking a telephone advisor for spiritual and esoteric consultation. In this remote role, you will:

• Provide telephone-based consultation and support to clients on spiritual and esoteric topics
• Respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner via phone
• Build trusting relationships with clients through empathetic listening and individualized guidance
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and communication guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in spiritual and esoteric consultation
• Excellent communication skills in German
• High degree of empathy and patience
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours

Work arrangement: 100% remote from Geesthacht or elsewhere in Germany
