About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Berlin seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (HVAC) to join their project teams. This role offers the chance to work on demanding building projects while developing technical expertise across various project phases within an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and design of mechanical building services systems for complex projects
- Assist in developing technical concepts across different project phases according to HOAI standards
- Perform technical calculations and analyses for HVAC systems
- Create and maintain BIM models and planning documentation
- Participate in tender processes and procurement procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
- Support coordination of technical interfaces between different building trades
- Contribute to sustainable and innovative planning solutions
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Initial relevant professional experience in a planning or engineering consultancy
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards and technical regulations
- Interest in BIM-based planning methods, ideally with initial experience in Revit and/or MagiCAD
- Enthusiasm for technical challenges and sustainable building services
- Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
