About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization with multiple German locations. Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to advise leadership and employees within a technically focused division, shaping HR topics from operational support through organizational development and change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach leadership on all relevant HR matters
- Support employee relations, labor law, and works council topics, collaborating with employee representation bodies
- Design and implement organizational development, change management, performance management, and talent development processes
- Execute HR projects and improve policies, processes, and standards
- Support group-wide HR initiatives as well as transformation, restructuring, and comparable change programs
- Support workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding activities
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, social security law, and works constitution law (Betriebsverfassungsrecht)
- Independent, solution-oriented, and resilient working style with strong consulting skills and diplomatic expertise
- Experience in talent acquisition, talent development, organizational development, or change management
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English; proficiency in MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is desirable
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
