Senior Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based agency seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to lead brand and campaign strategy development. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of brand and campaign strategies that deliver measurable impact
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and creative outputs
• Guide consulting projects and build client relationships based on their specific needs and goals
• Coordinate project timelines and workload across multiple strategists and analysts
• Review and provide guidance on team deliverables while coordinating with analyst colleagues
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on managed accounts

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who can take ownership of strategic direction for key client accounts. The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong capabilities in insights development, framework creation, and creative concept development
• Cross-channel expertise spanning social media, brand strategy, digital, performance marketing, and business strategy
• Structured, clear, and confident communication skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior strategists or associates on project work
• Knowledge of popular culture trends and experience in pitch situations
• Proactive communication abilities and strong collaboration skills
• High degree of resilience, team spirit, and prioritization competence
• Fluency in both German and English
