Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking a working student for their Customer Success team in Köln. In this role, you will:
- Support the organization and documentation of customer meetings, from kick-offs through follow-ups
- Prepare appointments, track next steps, and monitor open tasks and deadlines
- Assist in answering customer questions and routing inquiries to appropriate contacts
- Guide customers through onboarding and help present the product clearly for successful implementation
- Analyze customer needs, ask targeted questions, and identify additional opportunities with the team
- Support preparation of upselling opportunities and highlight the value of additional features, connectors, and licenses
- Contribute to the development of support processes, automations, and CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student seeking practical experience in Customer Success, customer service, or project management
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week
- Initial experience in customer contact, along with exceptionally high motivation and willingness to learn
- Reliable, independent, and organized work style with strong prioritization skills
- Open and clear communication skills with interest in digital products, AI, and modern work methods
- Proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions and actively contributing to discussions
- Very good German and English language skills
- Team-oriented approach with focus on collective goals
- Must be based in Germany for this position

Pay
