Account Executive – Bayern (F/M/*)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in the AI space, and we're seeking an Account Executive based in Bayern to own the full B2B sales cycle. In this role, you will:

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through product demos to closing deals in the mid-market segment
• Identify and win new business customers throughout Bayern, leveraging inbound leads from marketing activities and partner networks while also driving your own creative outreach in the region
• Serve as the regional face of the business by representing our client at trade shows, roundtables, industry events, and conferences—building a strong local network and generating qualified opportunities
• Convert qualified leads into real opportunities using modern CRM tools, working in a structured and data-driven manner
• Understand customer challenges and demonstrate how AI-powered solutions deliver genuine efficiency gains
• Act as a trusted advisor and deal driver, engaging decision-makers across various industries
• Bring insights from customer conversations and market observations back to cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience in complex software environments with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics in growth-driven companies
• Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored digital solutions in a clear and compelling way
• Experience conducting contract negotiations with SME clients and confidently steering deals to closing
• Familiarity with lead qualification, discovery calls, and business development processes in SaaS sales
• Strong communication skills in both German and English across various stakeholder levels
• Willingness to travel regularly within Bayern and genuine enthusiasm for attending regional events
• Comfort working with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and a data-driven, scalable approach to sales
• Must be based in Bayern
