Senior ERP Solutions Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant based remotely in Germany. Our client is experiencing significant growth and needs an experienced implementation professional to lead customer onboarding and drive product adoption across diverse industries.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients while directly influencing product development through hands-on implementation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new enterprise customers, including hands-on configuration and process design
• Manage project timelines, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent onboardings
• Conduct training and enablement sessions with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful long-term adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer requests and manage implementation scope
• Drive continuous improvement in post-sales processes to accelerate customer time-to-value
• Handle complex data migrations and integrations involving large sets of sensitive customer information
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience implementing or administering finance or procurement systems
• Prior implementation or administration experience with enterprise procurement tools or ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA (Procurement and AP), SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, or Sage
• Fluency in German is required for this position
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities with strong stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Advanced data management skills, particularly with handling large datasets in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations diplomatically while maintaining positive relationships
• Comfort with software configuration and technical concepts (development skills are a plus but not required)
• Ownership mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
