Account Executive – Niedersachsen & Norddeutschland (F/M/*)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an Account Executive based in Hannover, Hamburg, or Bremen. In this role, you will own the complete B2B sales cycle from initial contact through product demonstrations to closing deals in the mid-market segment.

You will identify and acquire new business customers throughout Niedersachsen and Norddeutschland, leveraging inbound leads from marketing activities and partner networks while also conducting proactive outreach in your territory. As the regional face of our client, you will represent them at trade shows, roundtables, industry events, and professional gatherings, building a strong regional network and generating qualified opportunities.

Your daily work includes developing qualified leads into genuine opportunities using modern CRM tools, working in a structured and data-driven manner. You will understand customer challenges and demonstrate how AI-driven solutions deliver real efficiency gains. Acting as a sparring partner, consultant, and deal driver, you will engage with decision-makers across various industries at eye level.

You will bring insights from customer conversations and market observations back to the team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to actively shape the evolution of the solution.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience in complex software environments with knowledge of B2B SaaS dynamics in growth-driven companies
• Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored digital solutions in a clear and convincing manner
• Experience conducting contract negotiations with SMEs and steering deals confidently to closing
• Familiarity with processes around lead qualification, discovery calls, and business development in SaaS sales
• Confident and reliable communication in both German and English with various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel extensively within your region, with enthusiasm for event presence and face-to-face engagement
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and understanding data-based, scalable approaches
• Current residence in Germany is required for this position

Pay

This position offers a base salary of €80,000–€120,000 plus commission. Please note that compensation is paid directly by the client upon hire, not via Get A Job.ai.
