Workplace Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential deep-tech organization in Munich that is scaling rapidly and needs an experienced Workplace Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain comprehensive exposure to how a fast-moving technology company operates across multiple European locations.

Our client operates testing facilities in addition to office space and requires someone who can manage complex logistics, administrative workflows, and cross-functional coordination with precision and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute daily administrative workflows across finance, people operations, workplace operations, and procurement functions
• Coordinate logistics between the Munich office and external testing facilities, ensuring smooth processes for hardware, equipment, and prototype delivery
• Plan and execute team events, offsites, and cultural initiatives that support team cohesion and company values
• Serve as a sparring partner for all departments, providing operational input and identifying opportunities for process automation and enhancement
• Support operational aspects of opening new offices across Europe
• Coordinate logistics for testing campaigns and specialized operational projects
• Proactively identify gaps in operational execution and take ownership of critical initiatives without waiting for direction

What We're Looking For

• Must have: Native German language skills and strong conversational English
• Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, systematic approach to problem-solving
• Hands-on execution mindset with proven ability to maintain core processes and drive projects to completion
• Strong sense of ownership and proactiveness—you identify what needs to be done and execute end-to-end
• Positive, energetic attitude with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment
• Comfort working across multiple functions and managing diverse operational responsibilities simultaneously
