Partner Manager (F/M/*)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI-SaaS organization based in Köln that is building innovative solutions for mid-market businesses across Europe. Our talent team is seeking a Partner Manager to join their growing partnership function and help scale strategic channel relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their partner management career to gain hands-on experience building and optimizing partner programs in a high-growth environment. You'll work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams while developing both your technical and strategic partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support performance transparency across the full partner lifecycle and assist with co-selling execution
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Help identify potential partners, build target segments, and create onboarding flows and enablement materials
• Analyze partner funnels and automation opportunities, working with the team to optimize conversion rates
• Build and refine scalable playbooks and structured partnership processes
• Coordinate with marketing, SDR, and sales teams on partner campaigns from initial contact through webinars and follow-up sequences
• Support preparation and execution of partner conversations and help build long-term relationships
• Maintain transparent partner pipeline visibility, engage SMB-focused leads, and support KPI reporting

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in sales, partner management, or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments; startup or scale-up exposure is a plus
• Growth-oriented mindset focused on long-term results and sustainable relationships
• Technical affinity and comfort with common CRM systems and modern tools; HubSpot experience is ideal
• Structured working style with interest in developing pipelines, workflows, and dashboards alongside the team
• Data-oriented approach to analyzing partner funnels and deriving actionable insights with experienced colleagues
• Process-oriented mindset with desire to shape workflows from partner onboarding through regular reporting
• Clear and reliable communication skills in both German and English, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders confidently
• Must be based in Germany; this role requires on-site presence in Köln three days per week

Pay

This role offers a compensation package of €60,000–€85,000 with both a strong fixed base salary and performance-based variable bonus component. Commission opportunities are available based on partnership success metrics.
