We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Working Student for Customer Service (m/w/d) based in Düsseldorf with remote options. Our talent team is looking for an enrolled student who wants to gain meaningful experience in customer support within a modern digital finance environment.

This role offers the chance to work with a team that supports customers through important financial decisions, combining personal consultation with digital solutions. You'll gain real insight into fintech operations while contributing to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accompany customers actively through their financing journey and deliver outstanding service experiences
• Respond to inquiries and complaints via written and telephone channels in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner
• Support the ongoing development of service processes and contribute optimization ideas
• Act as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent customer needs holistically

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal, with clear and friendly communication abilities
• Passion for excellent customer service and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Self-directed work style with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in dynamic situations
• Strong empathy, team spirit, and willingness to bring creative ideas while keeping customer needs in focus
