Product Owner (all genders) – Management Suite Tribe

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in their search for an experienced Product Owner to join their endpoint management platform team. This role offers the opportunity to drive product development for enterprise-grade unified endpoint management solutions, working at the intersection of technical complexity and user-focused product decisions.

You'll take ownership of product development across multiple agile squads, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable features while maintaining the balance between innovation, quality, and maintenance. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with development teams, product management, support, and customers to deliver valuable product increments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for two development squads focused on Windows endpoint management capabilities including client-server communication, compliance, OS deployment, and update management
• Translate technical and functional requirements into clear, prioritized product backlog items with testable acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, effort, dependencies, and stakeholder input
• Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams on product-related questions, ensuring teams have clarity and can work autonomously
• Collaborate with product management, support, consulting teams, customers, and external development partners to gather feedback and define development priorities
• Coordinate external development projects and teams, ensuring clear requirements and seamless integration with internal product development
• Participate actively in the Product Owner chapter and work within the leadership trio of Chapter Lead, Scrum Master, and Product Owner
• Leverage AI tools pragmatically to enhance productivity in feature creation, requirement structuring, and stakeholder communication

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product leadership role within agile software development environments
• Proven experience leading multiple development teams and coordinating external development projects or contractors
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps experience is a plus)
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks and working in complex product organizations
• Solid understanding of or strong interest in unified endpoint management, client lifecycle management, and Windows-based IT infrastructures
• Ability to quickly grasp technical complexity and translate it into clear, actionable requirements that development teams can execute
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities and high quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Collaborative leadership style that creates clarity, builds trust, and fosters open communication within teams
• Bonus qualifications: IT administration background, software development knowledge, Azure technology stack experience, or familiarity with Linux, macOS, Android, or iOS platforms
