Training Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential software organization seeking a Training Specialist to empower sales teams and partner networks. In this role, you will develop and deliver modern learning programs that enable successful product demonstrations and implementations.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for sales teams and partners with a focus on engagement and effectiveness
• Designing modern training concepts and defining instructional methodologies for sustainable knowledge transfer
• Creating and continuously improving training programs aligned with business requirements and learning objectives
• Developing high-quality training materials including course content, e-learning modules, assessments, and certification programs
• Collaborating with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align content with business needs
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of product demonstrations for sales and partner use
• Acting as a subject matter expert in meetings, workshops, and events on sales and product topics
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing innovative ideas to enhance learning programs

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to adapt content delivery for different audiences and expertise levels in a clear, practical manner
• Experience in training, enablement, learning and development, or technical support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern presentation and collaboration tools
• Confidence delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Solid understanding of the customer journey, sales processes, and methodologies such as SPIN
• Strong grasp of business processes and their translation into digital workflows
• Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions
• Experience with document management solutions is advantageous
• Fluency in both German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent work style with strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfort working in international team environments
