Werkstudent Customer Service (m/w/d) Hybrid

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Heidelberg who is seeking a working student to join their internal customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for currently enrolled students to gain hands-on experience in a professional customer service environment while maintaining flexibility around their academic schedule.

This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with the possibility to increase hours during semester breaks. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with generous remote work options and flexible scheduling coordinated around your studies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat channels
• Develop individual solutions for customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Document and process cases in company systems
• Support the team with daily operations and gain exposure to diverse customer service functions
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of customer service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or college
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, solution-oriented communication style
• Genuine interest in helping customers and providing excellent service
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus (retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
