Video Content Producer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Video Content Producer to join their remote team. This role supports the end-to-end production and publishing of video and podcast content, ensuring quality execution from recording through release.

The position is fully remote and available to candidates in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, and South Africa. Working hours align with U.S. time zones (PST - EST).

Responsibilities

• Manage podcast production logistics including guest coordination, scheduling, and pre/post-production workflows
• Collaborate with editors to ensure video and audio content meets brand standards and quality benchmarks
• Publish and optimize content across platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
• Write show notes, social media posts, and blog content to enhance SEO and discoverability
• Utilize publishing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, BuzzSprout, and Canva for ongoing content operations
• Monitor content performance metrics and coordinate with marketing teams on continuous improvement initiatives
• Support internal content development including onboarding videos and tutorial materials

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in podcast production, content operations, or digital media
• Proven ability to manage remote workflows and communicate effectively across teams
• Familiarity with content publishing tools and production platforms
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and ownership mindset
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours
• Production-focused approach with creative sensibility and digital fluency
