CEO – AI Neobank

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding into AI-powered digital banking. Our talent team is searching for an exceptional founding CEO to build and lead an entirely new AI-native neobank from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define how millions of consumers will interact with money through intelligent, automated financial services.

You will own the complete vision, product strategy, and P&L for this venture. This role demands someone who has already built meaningful banking products at scale and understands exactly where AI creates transformational—not incremental—value in everyday financial life.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI neobank proposition, product roadmap, and business model from first principles
• Build AI-native experiences across core banking functions: accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management
• Deploy AI to automate and enhance financial decisions, customer workflows, and servicing operations
• Own full P&L including customer acquisition, deposits, revenue generation, unit economics, and operating costs
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and AI teams to build and ship the product
• Recruit and build the core team with required banking, technology, and operational capabilities
• Drive banking partnerships, ensure regulatory readiness, and execute market expansion strategy

What We're Looking For

• Deep, proven experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech
• Direct ownership of a significant banking product, business unit, or P&L—you've done this before
• Strong command of banking products, unit economics, operations, and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional product judgment with the ability to identify where AI delivers materially superior banking experiences
• Track record building and scaling technology products and high-performing teams
• Hands-on operating capability—you work directly through product flows, financial models, customer problems, and execution details
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will be expected to work from the local office at least three days per week.
